In continuing with my pledge to keep you updated on the
developments with the TCE situation in the
Greater-Collegeville area, I have set aside this section of
my new website to provide updates and information to help
with some questions you might have regarding the ongoing
Trichloroethylene (TCE) situation in the Greater
Collegeville Area.
It is my duty to provide important health information to
you. I will keep you updated on my progress in helping to

March 8, 2007 - Senator Rafferty said he was concerned about Trichloroethylene (TCE) levels
in the Collegeville section of his district and suggested a
written agreement with stringent criteria for the producer
of the TCE to meet, or be closed. He also criticized the
Department for adding a political statement regarding
Hazardous Site Cleanup funding in the news release
announcing the TCE findings during the budget hearings.
